POLICY REGARDING PREREQUISITES PROSPECTIVE HOMEBUYERS MUST MEET

PRIOR TO RECEIVING ANY SERVICES

i.     Prospective customer or client purchasers and tenants must show acceptable photo ID prior to receiving services.

ii.    Prospective customer or client purchasers and tenants do not need to execute an exclusive broker agreement prior to receiving services.

iii.   Prospective customer or client purchasers are not required to present a mortgage pre-approval letter prior to receiving services unless it is required

      by the property owner as a condition of showing their property.  However, such letter will most likely be required prior to having an offer to purchase

      a property accepted, therefore, it is highly recommended that purchasers obtain a mortgage loan pre-approval letter as soon as possible.
